HogWild Grilled Pork Tenderloin
This is another incredibly simple yet unbelievably delicious dish that we have proudly served to guests time and time again. It is ALWAYS a huge hit. We usually serve this succulent pork tenderloin with HogWild Style Linguini and a tossed salad. You will impress your family and guests with this dish, we promise!
- One package (2 strips) Pork Tenderloin – about 1-1/2 to 2 pounds
- 1 tablespoon HogWild Original Italian Spice Blend
- Olive oil (if desired)
- HogWild Butter
Pre-heat grill to 300 or so
If desired, rub a small amount of olive oil all over both pieces of pork tenderloin
Sprinkle the Italian Spice Blend all over the tenderloin pieces; rubbing the spice in to the meat well. (If one tablespoon just isn’t enough, there is NOTHING preventing you using more. *We* do!)
Grill over medium heat until thermometer inserted into the largest portion of the tenderloin reaches 160 degrees, and the meat is barely pink.
Remove from the heat and wrap in aluminum foil to rest for 10 minutes.
To serve: Slice tenderloin into 1/4″ to 3/8″ slices and arrange on a platter. Drizzle HogWild Butter over all the slices and serve hot!
NOTE: You can also use this same recipe to broil your tenderloin. It is also delicious cooked this way.
