HogWild Style Bruschetta
This is a quick and easy appetizer that will make your guests think you’re a brilliant chef; but YOU will know that it only took minutes to make!
- One French of Italian style baguette, sliced 1/4″ to 3/8″ thick
- Extra virgin olive oil
- HogWild Original Italian Spice Blend
- Freshly diced tomatoes
- Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Set oven to broil
Arrange bread slices on baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices – do NOT worry about covering the slices with the oil. Just drizzle it randomly
Sprinkle with the Italian Spice Blend
Place baking sheet on top rack of oven and broil for about 1 minute or until lightly browned
Immediately upon removing from oven, top slices of bread with pieces of tomato
Shave or grate Parmesan Cheese over each slice
Serve immediately
OPTIONS:
Use any of these as toppings for your bruschetta; or create your own topping ideas!

- Diced prosciutto ham
- Cooked bacon pieces
- Sliced black olives
- Sliced Greek olives
